I’ve tried the support request w/ the video selfie about 7 times now. But It wasn’t letting me open a support request on my main account that was hacked so I used the support request thing in my second account, and in the text box they provided, I added that I was inquiring about a different account. Same thing happened to me. I am trying to keep the account locked out at this point so they cant use it either..But I am pissed. I have lost half of my business contacts because of it. I’ve tried the support request w/ the video selfie about 7 times now. But It wasn’t letting me open a support request on my main account that was hacked so I used the support request thing in my second account, and in the text box they provided, I added that I was inquiring about a different account. Now they sending me the same email saying “We weren’t able to confirm identity from the video you submitted. I tried everything but I still can’t get in. Once I’m in it keep making me enter another password before I can remove the hackers account they have tried to my account from Facebook. I can’t removed any of their info. I tried it 3 times and *Tischler tech* get it recovering
