Face book identification process will check ID but when access into Facebook to unlocking your profile and press the get start process the process will still look at that hackers email address and you can’t get past it

someone hacked my account, didn't change anything except made himself the main admin of my FB Page using my hacked account. After accepting the admin role, He posted everything that goes against community standard, leaving my fb account un-usable, and FB help cant help at all... until I exhausted my effort to recover my account and my Page. My account now disabled (forever?) I have proof that someone login to my account which is not me.

In my case the hacker changes email and phone from my FB account. Then FB blocked the account. I am unable to do anything to get my account back. When i press no longer have access to these, FB gives up and says nothing more can be done.

Ok so riddle me this. My account got hacked, they changed password and emails so no recovery possible. Had no trusted contact's set up. Facebook help page always send me to the account recovery page which is useless to me. Someone hacked my account and could try to steal personal information and facebook does almost nothing to help. So feeling helpless I decided to create a new account and now I'm locked out of that I guess because it's a second account. So what now?! Do I have to just create a new account with a bullshit name? This recovery process is useless if the hacker has entered their email and cleared yours out. Face book identification process will check ID but when access into Facebook to unlocking your profile and press the get start process the process will still look at that hackers email address and you can’t get past it

someone hacked my account, didn't change anything except made himself the main admin of my FB Page using my hacked account. After accepting the admin role, He posted everything that goes against community standard, leaving my fb account un-usable, and FB help cant help at all... until I exhausted my effort to recover my account and my Page. My account now disabled (forever?) I have proof that someone login to my account which is not me.
