Really liking your videos. "Say to the end" in the last example doesn't sound like very natural speaking. I think it should be more like "Could you let me finish speaking?" or "Could you let me tell you the entire thing?"

Looks like it is supposed to be “say” 「言います」。
I think the English translation is supposed to be, “Could you please let me speak until the end?)

1)For 海外の大学に行かせてくれたことを親に感謝しています。Why こと is used after くれた? Is it because in order to nominalize the verb, kureta?
2)上司は早めに帰らせて てくださいました。"早く" can be used besides of "早めに"?

2) いadj + め is "relatively ..."
早め relatively early
遅め relatively late
