Bloodborne's vials don't mind being limited because they drop super common from most enemies and incentivizes hunting. Personally i think it's part of the charm of it.
Personally, and I know a lot of people won't agree, but I genuinely like DeS's healing, it's finite, which I actually prefer over infinite heals, as it incentivizes killing enemies to get them, which also applies for Bloodborne (maybe even better as another comment pointed out), but the great thing about DeS's healing is that there's different tiers of healing, each with a different limit and weight, which I think is better than weightless upgrades. And sure, the animation isn't good, but that won't be what you're worried about while trying to dodge an angry pile of molten rock that somehow does most of your hp in one hit, you'll be worrying about how good and fast the heals are, 2 things the herbs excel at.
He is telling me that ds2 life gems are the most powerful source of healing and that I missed that but in the vid I said that I was only ranking based on the main source, it’s not that hard to understand bud

I disagree no one wants to stop fighting a boss cause they ran out of heals
