- Honestly, I'm shocked at how good these things turned out to be! I wasn't expecting much to be honest, just going off the price of both items, but I'm really glad I took a chance on them.

I'm not really a fan of mods, and most look chavvy. But, that said, those indicators look really good, and a worthwhile upgrade !
Great video! However, the mirror caps link doesn't seem to take me anywhere to the product - could you maybe update the link or just attached a new one that's around the same price and quality? Much appreciated!
All other companies just do bulk orders from aliexpress anyway and brand them and sell them for 100+. Silly. Also there is a quicker and easier way on removing the caps. Watches autotopnl do it. Come off in secs.
i bought some and they came with a green wire attached, havent seen any video where the light has this wire, any clue on why or what it is

BMW 436m, they come standard on the majority of M140i's in the UK. Unless you own an Shadown Edition or upgrade at the dealership 👍
The mirror caps are no longer available, are there any other ones?
Just search for M Style mirror caps for F20/F21 cars and some will pop up 😉
Hi mate checked out link and selected F21 2018 M140i on the site and it comes back as incompatible. Am I to assume this is a global fit for all 1 Series or did you select model specific for yours?
I don't think it matters buddy, they should still fit 😊 (even if it's saying they don't)

how did u tix ur front spitter , i got the ksb couldnt find the video in youtube about fitting them...selftaping screws and washers ? // and how did u do ur both grille , tinted or paint ( how much ) thx
I took the bumper off to fit it. Bit of a ballache accessing a couple of the screws under the arch lining tbh. I self tapped it on to begin with to get it lined up correctly then added the bolts and nyloc nuts for a bit of extra security. I just presumed there was a video on here otherwise I'd have made one 😅
The grille was already fitted to the car but you can buy the kidney grilles for £60 and fit them quite easily. You just have to undo the bolts under the bonnet securing the top of the bumper and there's enough flex to get your hand in to reach the tabs to pop them out 👍
@@lookship Would it be any easier to fit the splitter if I got ramps? Or is it a better idea to take off the entire bumper?
@@Arman-nl6mg yeah ramps would make it a lot easier. I don't think you can physically get your hand in to fit a nut on the bolts if you're planning on fitting it that way but if you're just using screws ramps should be spot on 👍
@@lookship Cool cool, but would you advise not fitting nuts though? Would using only screws ensure it doesn't fly off?
@@Arman-nl6mg I would yeah. But if you can't, just check to make sure they're not loose every now and again 😉
How did you get on with the indicators..did they last? I heard they dont last long but I'm about to buy some myself😁

Got the carbon ones for mine idk why and then broke the mirror during fixing it ... so not so cheap for me 😕

Still twitchy? I'm thinking of buying an m140, but in all reviews say's It's scary twichy. And upgrading the LSD will become as expensive as an M2 in Spain 🤦🏻♂️
Nah, it is twitchy but defo not "scary twitchy". When it's super wet, all it does is struggle to put the power down; but as long as traction is on, you won't steer off into a tree.
Traction control is your friend if you like driving hard but are scared of killing yourself. It works well in this car for sure. Pain in the ass in the GT86. Best thing I'd say you can do is take it to an empty track and just get used to it. It'll only catch you out on upshifts if you leave it in simple auto mode. If you're changing your own gears it's pretty manageable.
