Hi Brett, I'm looking at getting some mods done, pretty much exactly the ones you have. I'd looked at bimmer code and getting an OBD cable and doing it myself.. which looks like the cheaper way to do it. Do you reckon paying the extra through the guys is worth it ?

Few questions for you mate, are the race chips worth buying or would you reccomend investing in getting the car properly tuned? Also do define coding do individual codes or would you have purchase the packages and specify which codes you want.

I gather the screen in a F30 330d is a different size to your 8.8" screen and also where did you get it from as the only screen I can find is by Xtrons.
Hi Brett, looking to do the same on my 2017 140 (same dash) any chance you could find out the part number of the one you ordered, I know there is an F20 and F30 version (slightly less optimal fit but works) curious which one you ordered. Cheers from Belgium!

What effect does this have on any warranties, and resale value and car insurance? Will the cars value be affected come resale time, I can imagine people being very fussy about non stocks. Do mods like this need to be declared to insurers, I can’t imagine it would matter too much?

Great video! Did you have a head unit that supports navigation or just basic bmw radio professional? I have an f20 lci 2017 with the 6.5 inch display and basic radio head unit and I was wondering if this screen is compatible with my head unit.

Do you need to change the idrive controller too? Cuz its the smaller one or does it work with the small idrive controller too?
All I’ve done is changed the screen size, similar to a PC screen. You wouldn’t need to change your keyboard if you got a bigger pc monitor would you. Hope that makes sense mate 😃

You need the cluster aswell mate with the digital at the bottom

All ino is when i use my navigation it pops up also with streets and arrows at the bottom on the cluster
