    Did this stuff ruin the lime pointing in that fireplace can it be used on lime

      @@renovatingvanecottage-diyh495 oh really I repointed a stone internal wall and the face off the stone got lime on which is hard to clean off I’ll try this

    Great video. Thank you. Was wondering, are you going to put an air brick in? To maintain ventilation when you close it up? If so, where would you put the air brick? If not, why not?

      Hi, it was Bostik Concentrated Mortar & Brick Cleaner, we purchased it from Toolstation

    How long did you leave it on the brick before washing off with water please?

      We left it on for 5 to 10 mins on average but it’s really trial and error depending on the condition of your bricks and the mortar mix
