Just wanted to say I’ve been a handyman/remodeler for the past 5 years and I’ve learned more about business from your videos than my own experience in some cases. Keep up the great work, you’re helping a lot of people
Great content (as usual)! A few suggestions about welding: (1) refrain from doing structural welding unless you've done it professionally, (2) check your insurance policy to see if it's an exclusion, and (3) whenever possible, try to do the welding on your own premises and not at jobsite (this is because welding is a common cause of fires).
Great content again Ray! Thanks! As far as plumbing and electrical. Can a handyman install a waterheater? And can he install new breakers a t the breaker box?
Copper is shockingly easy. You just need to understand that capillary action will suck the solder right in, you really just barely have to tap the solder to the joint and will suck right in there no need to make a huge mess. But you have to do the entire joint at the same time while it's all still hot. So the hardest part really is planning your movements and not burning stuff. Take the time to really clean brush and flux the copper, inside of the fitting and outside of the pipe.
I’ve been debating weather to pay for insurance as a GC or handyman I have a small business now but will scale to bigger fix and flips next year what do you suggest to get

Awesome! I've been building a Bulletproof Handyman GPT too but I'm usually not happy with his answers.

That's really great advice Paul, thanks!
This is insane value in a free video. Thank you so much. Now I know what I don’t know, what to ask and where to move forward.
That's great! I try to keep this channel full of really useful information.
Always thorough. Always on point.
Appreciate the application of the wisdom.

That depends on your local regulations
Water heater flush could lead to solid upsell for anode rod swap. Also, I need to figure out where to learn copper.
RUclips, one full day of RUclips and practice and you'll probably be just fine
