I love these guys! It's really apparent that they actually care about the music. They remind me a lot of Nirvana, music and attitude wise. (Side note: I really love Matt's dance type thing at 2:52)

I always thought this sounded like Paint It Black by the Rolling Stones, but now that you say this, I can hear that Burden influence! Definitely a late 60's inspired tune.

Joan Brunet Verdaguer I found an interview, and one of the guitarist said they were using a pedal called a WMD Geiger Counter on the record. It's a digital pedal with a bunch going on, but it's mainly used for some fuzz/distortion here.
