How to remove woodruff key on and outboard J200TXCNE Johnson 200 hp Outboard shaft.

IF THE WOODRUF KEY DO NOT COME OUT YOU DONT NEED TO MESS WITH JUST LINE THE FLYWHEEL WITH IT . BRO.

I agree with you, but the key was worn and turning inside the flywheel which kept the timing off and was hard to start. So a fresh woodruff key really worked to keep the flywheel at the right timing.

My wood ruff key is stuck and I’m trying to get it out and the magneto keeps on slipping and going past the magneto bit what can I do?

24 minutes & 49 seconds of not getting the woodruff key out. You can tell yank videos by the length ie far too much waffling.
