The countries that have caught my eye and where I would definitely consider living are Italy, Costa Rica, Mexico, and the Philippines. If I had no other choice, I would consider living in Japan or South Korea. However, the UK, France, Germany, and Canada are places I will definitely never live.
So, you tell us only 3,2 million US people live in those countries, In Mexico the bulk of them. There are other places in the world where UScitizens live..so let us double that above mentioned number : 6,5 million US people living abroad. That would make a roughly estimated 2 % of all Amis.... that is absolutely minimal. It means 98% of you people live Inside US. Most of them even do never go abroad for hollydays....that is why most Amis are a little ignorant If it comes to geography, languages and common knowledge....
