I love the combination of the pastel blue eyeshadow and soft brown liner!! It's SO PRETTY and it's giving me y2k vibes but not in a cheesy way.
I always set a "word of the year" to try to focus on and mine this year is balance. My passion (makeup) became my full-time job last year which I'm so grateful for, but I've definitely found that I've lost any sense of balance between work and rest. A lot of my goals are focused around making time for other things that I love! Some of my goals are to take a trip with my husband this year, read 20 books, and plan time with my close friends each week.
Omg I totally relate to the lack of balance between work and rest! It can be so hard to focus on other things but I want to prioritize rest too this year!

My main goal this year is to really focus on going after my dreams in terms of my career.. I know that sounds pretty vague but I am not happy with my job right now but I've decided to finally take the steps to pursue a career I want as scary as that might be

I'm the same way , I don't really do resolutions but I did set some goals. One of them is to read at least one book per month! I used to love reading and would read easily 20-30 books a year but when I was in school I lost that spark. I graduated in 2022 and I'm slowly getting back into reading. Other than that my bf and I are planning to travel more, specifically more mini weekend trips and working holidays where we work remotely from a new location for a week and explore during the evenings and weekends. LH Cosmetics “Majestick” in the shade “Mellow mauve” is a really nice cold tone lipstick or they “Velvet couture” lipstick 🙌🏼 really good formulas.

Maybe merit slip would be a good brown neutral lip it’s a more sheer formula, but maybe swatch it in store because we’re not the same skin tone, but I think the sheer formula makes it work for many skin tones. Even though I’m tan I think I’ve seen Jessica Braun say she likes that shade.
If it’s too warm the only cool brown lip I have is Natasha Denona Noa but maybe there’s a color dupe since she’s so pricey but it’s really beautiful if you do splurge

I totally agree about the disorganized stress thing. One thing that makes me feel super stressed is when my clothes are all in piles, and I don’t know if what I am looking for is dirty or clean. I think I need to set a specific time and day to clean and fold laundry. I think that would relieve a ton of stress.

Almay Lip Vibes in the shade Worry Less is my favorite cool-toned nude!! It is a matte finish, but comfortable and easy to reapply. P.S. You and I are the same skin tone, I also have the LYS in LN3.

My favourite brown toned lighter lipsticks (and brown toned lipsticks in general) is by Vieve, the shades Ninetease, Treasure and Vieve. I own all of her shades except the red and I regret nothing because the formula is sooooo good.

I love your channel Sarah, you have some great new years goals! 😊I usually don’t set resolutions, I also just set goals! My makeup goals are to show my collection love and do a low buy, my life goals are to get back into a consistent gym routine and to allow myself a rest evening once a week where I can’t feel guilty for not doing anything!
Yoga With Adriene! 🤜🤛 I've been doing yoga regularly for close to thirty years, and every January I come back to her series. It's such a great way to start the year and realign with yourself and your goals. Makeup-related, this may be the year I try that Kokie lipliner (finally).

Not sure if this fits the bill, but my favorite cool tone nude- brown look lately is using Makeup Forever artist pencil in endless cacao all over the lip.
Are those MUF artist color pencils drying on the lips?
@@cantstanditanymore not in my experience! They're also not creamy and slippy though, which is a good thing for me. I have a few- I have a cream one I only use on my lower waterline- it's not super long lasting. Then I have 2 that I use as both eyeliners and lipliners (free burgundy and aforementioned endless cacao). I prefer them on the lips, but they work well as eyeliner too. I also have Lisa Eldridge lipliners which I find way more drying than the MUFE.
I like the nyx serum concealer, but I don’t like the applicator as it’s hard to get under my eyes and pin point. Happy new year!
Ahh yeah and sometimes the pump can also dispense too much!

How do you wear like this in the winter do you live in a worm state if I wear short sleeve in a minute I m going to have cold right away
it is chilly where I live but I don't wear tank tops outside 😆 I tend to get hot when I'm filming because of my lights, so this helps me not overheat
