Can't accept terms and conditions Mac OS install (greyed out) - How to fix

Do you also have this issue - the Accept button being greyed out when installing Mac OS for no apparent reason?
There’s an easy fix to that. Click back, click “Do this later” in the top of the window. You will be able to click continue in the terms right away.

Thank you but that is truly ridiculous. They ask you for an apple id that you have then they ask you to accept the agreement you cant accept.

The same problem happens when trying to reset password of a local user and they is no option to skip Apple ID setup.

Hi @@bananio1920 , we tried to boot MacBook in recovery mode or something similar and we were able to run changepw command in terminal. Unfortunately it didn't help and it was still stucked.
In the end we found out that the password was entered correctly, but a different keyboard layout was used at the time. So the problem was with Z/Y char in our case and we were able to pass login in the end.
