    I just came from the gym, I managed my first ever full 10 minute long cycle with 10 rpm, with... 2x12kg kettlebells :D I owe it to you Denis for your inspiration! Next I'll start to tackle the 16s

    It looks like the back alignment is stepped forward. Does this put undue stress on the back? It looks like it might.
