Wait a moment, if the President needs to fly to Manchester for any reason, the E-4B would be following but will land at another airport, this means EGNM (Leeds Bradford), Leeds Bradford Airport is known for crosswinds with it being England's highest airport. This would create an issue meaning either it lands at Manchester as well or goes to Liverpool.
