I tried playing fahkumram, but I don’t know how to poke with him. Do most ppl just use his 5 way mix ups as a poke? It seems like a lot of his movements are now punishable by at least -10.
Very simple poke game. You got your low, you got your mid. Time both accordingly. Got safer lows and other mids too. Do a dashing d4. Get them used to that then try a faster but not instant running 3. Simplify his poking.
A good tip is using his standing 3 as a poke and doing 3,1/3,1d4/3,1,4,4 and if the first 4 connects hit confirm the second 4 because the string is Launch punishable. Try to mix the strings up for e.g finish it sometimes and don’t finish it because it starts a mind game

Idk about that, I do agree he was a nerfed a little bit too much, it's honestly sad to see such a potentially great character used for milking money and now that he has done his job, nerfed to hell. They should definitely make his 3+4 safe again
