Roy was fantastic! I live in Tulsa and didn't know that Roy lived there until after he passed.
steve FromEngland Roy Clarke could play anything, Roger Miller was a great songwriter and pretty good on the ivories as well. Ricky Skaggs is a mandolin monster. Steve Warner can play guitar like nobody’s business ( and sing like an angel) and the Mandrell sisters got talent and looks! Surprised about Lee on the sax though. Missing Vince Gill from the band but maybe too many monsters already.
steve FromEngland - you must be a guitar player Steve. 😁 check out some Roy Clark, he was an amazing player also.
@@rustyaxelrod I just love good music mate, every type, as long as its good....But I think these guys topped the lot! Fantastic sound by what looks like a fantastic bunch of guys enjoying themselves.
That is a heck of a lot of talent to be together in one spot!
These guys will never be replaced with the type of country music being put out these days, although that didn’t really sound like it was very country…I love every one of them, very talented people!
Jerry Reed still listening to him in 2020 loved him in Smoky and The Bandit
Roy Clark was one of the greatest Guitarists of all time
And just about any musical instrument.
That is so true!
@Evets Yelgen And the guy on his left.
Campbell was right there with him.
@@webman1956 Jerry Reed Actually taught Glen Campbell the guitar riff from Southern Nights
