No matter the difference in race, language, ideology, religion, etc; blowing someone's mind is truly universal and is such an amazing experience for everyone!

This is legit the first time I’ve seen DB smile so much.. he used to always look so miserable(clearly a character), but so nice to see his smile!

His mom died from cancer when he was a kid and didn’t have a dad so yeah you could only imagine man… he once said in an interview when he is closest to death he feels the most alive. He’s badass.
You're a little confused. Him being miserable wasn't a character, that's why he was so adamant to try things that could kill him, because that was when he felt most alive. But ever since he had a daughter he now he has a "purpose" in life, making him happier than when did did most of his extreme stunts

I loved this episode and to answer your last question… i think the format worked perfectly for the guest. You don’t get much better than David Blaine and the format worked well with his tricks etc and not having his tricks be a whole segment on their own. I liked the layout too because you guys were closer to the camera so we could see your reactions it was more intimate.
David is a absolute icon. Crazy work ethic, creative process and able to communicate so thoughtfully.

As an Impaulsive fan since episode 1 i would say this is my favorite episode cause David Blaine took over but not chaotically. True entertainer. And Logan was finally engaged throughout the whole thing compared to moments where he looks bored or zoned out. Also mikes wording and questions were so on point he engaged david blain very well. David Blaine is the best of the best there is. The magic is incredible and always a jaw dropping one.
My father was a card magician and I know some of these tricks. I don't want to expose them but I will tell you what you see on cam, because anyone can do that. The first concept to most card tricks is called "the force". You force somebody to pick a card that you already know, or can find out what the card is. If you go to 16:59, you can see David look at the cards that were under and over where Logan just took the card from. It only takes him two seconds while Logan and Mike are distracted, they don't even notice. From that point on, David has complete control over the whole trick. Where David excels at though, is that he has a whole team helping him, manipulating. That is why Dave wanted to be sat on the right side and not the left. Again, I am only explaining what you see on cam.
David sure understands the power of the Mastermind group. As there's always someone else, with more knowledge and experience.

I saw David Blaine’s live show one time in Chicago. One of the best live shows I’ve ever gone too. Even held his breathe for over 13 min in a water tank at the end. If you wanna see crazy stuff, find one of his shows and go to it.
