I did this a while back, and they leaked right after. I bought a pair of shaft sleeves and installed them. National part number 99139. Had to make a custom install tool, but it worked!
Helpful video! For the axle shaft seal, does the lip face outward from the diff? Also what grease do you recommend for the seal? I was thinking STP hi temp grease. Appreciate any insight.
The chine (flared lip) on the seals face outward. BTW the original OEM seals don’t have this characteristic. It was an afterthought to extend serviceable life. I use silicon based grease as a prelube on seals, although the Suzuki OEM seals are packaged pre-lubricated. 🍻

Fortunately all relatively simple/cheap repairs. 378,000K On the AWD car now…But admittedly they aren’t Toyota’s. Cheers Denis 👍
