Court's don't issue a $20,000 traffic warrant for nothing. There's a whole lot more to this.
Breaking the law makes you a criminal. It doesn't matter what law you break.
$20,000 traffic warrant is enough for prison.
Judge made it that high specifically so that she'd be forced to see the judge and get her ridiculous traffic matter resolved.

Unless they are from a state you don’t live in and never plan to visit again. I think North Dakota still has a traffic warrant for a speeding ticket for my dad from 1987.
@@Saltine_American Still have to show up for court regardless. Otherwise, a bench warrant is issued which can lead to unpleasant surprises like what was shown in this video... Don't even think about attempting to fly with warrants. They will run one's I.D through the NCIC (National Crime Information Center) database at the security checkpoint. They'll arrest you for even a minor unpaid traffic ticket showing up in the NCIC so beware...

I get her attitude sucks but the problem that a judge would issue a warrant for a traffic violation unless it's for a DUI or endangering someone else is absolutely insane. And the fact that you guys support these type of decisions by our court system is ridiculous

Like I said if it was for a DUI or putting somebody's life in danger then I could understand but for a simple traffic violation this is ridiculous and so is the judge and the police

I have been in law enforcement for over 30 years and if I had a dollar for every time a suspect said I was going to be fired or sued I could retire a rich man but I have never been disciplined or even written up. I have a Masters degree in Criminal Justice and I know and understand the law very well. No officer will ever be fired for serving a warrant. If a warrant has been issued by a judge the officer is only doing their job. Here is a hint, pay for traffic ticket or show up for court and you won't get a warrant. She caused the problem herself.

Husband was arrested for Obstruction via interfering with his wife's arrest & Assault/Battery on an LEO. He swung on one of the officers during the arrest of his wife - hence why he was arrested.

Court services will reschedule if you need to miss Had she been as adamant about making her court date maybe she would not be in this mess now. I work as a clerk at "traffic court" and you can easily get on a payment plan or request community service which will remove the warrants. From what I've seen with the Marshalls I work with they don't want you to go to jail, just pay your fines.
From the end card of the video, it said she was driving suspended. I’m guessing she never showed for court and/or is a habitual offender.
Women who look like that should NEVER draw attention to themselves. Stay as quiet as possible when in public.
