For context, after 4 children and getting older, I occasionally have a problem, but I have never, ever lost control of my bladder and actually urinated on myself. I think it takes a great deal of alcohol to do that.

3:58 is the first time they tell her. After they've already put her face down in the dirt, and cuffed. Pre investigation, based entirely off an unheard 911 call presumably. They did say it once earlier, immediately after they grabbed her it was softly uttered, but it would be very easy to miss if you're being slammed into the grass as you're hearing it. After that she stopped asking completely and moved onto denying it. But I guess that doesn't matter, life over, public pariah, no trial, no context, edited video telling the one sided government narrative. Pretty sad this is all our dystopia has to propagandize, a public stockade for a lady who was fighting in Applebee's... that they didn't even charge her with, they charged her with resisting afterwards. How is it that people don't realize that not following a lawful order is considered "resisting?" They think resisting means physically fighting. And "detain" is not the same as "arrest." I swear Florida cops should be paid double.
It's the same as when people think "obstructing" or "interfering" with a police investigation has to be a physical act, and that verbally interfering is allowed.

I'm just blown away by how some people act, like I get secondhand embarrassment watching these videos sometimes. I don't exactly enjoy dealing with cops, but if you just be polite and cooperate then you'll be on your way shortly. Even if I did something to get arrested for, I could not imagine acting like a wild animal.

For anyone curious: according to the court docket, she had pled No Contest in June 2023 after initially pleading Not Guilty. However, on the same day that she entered the No Contest plea, the case was reopened, and it has been repeatedly closed, reopened, and continued about once a month for the past year, and remains in limbo today. If anyone can shed some light on why that is, would appreciate it
She is most likely on active probation and each time she returns to court, she must show she is following the requirements, i.e. completing AM, or AA programs….comunity service, etc. the court records should allow to read the journal entries on each date, which will shed insight.
@@cowboyx9380 Ah that makes sense. Most of the documents for the recent monthly entries are locked, but it looks like for some of the older ones there's court minutes for veterans treatment court. Not sure why she gets pretrial diversion twice, or if that's normal
