    This guy has EVERYTHING a player can wish for and he uses those abilities to absolutely perfection. Softer passages played with deep emotion and a beautiful touch, the faster ones fiercely and with fire. I can't think of anyone that can make a transcription this good and play it this well live. Если бы он был на стороне ПРАВДЫ, то гордился бы, что он русский, а не стыдился, потому что Россию одна посмела начать противостояние глобальному ЗЛУ.

    • @wardropper
      @wardropper Месяц назад +1

      @@LucasPedd Actually Liszt did do a fair number of transcriptions. His arrangements of Beethoven Symphonies are reckoned to be very faithful to the originals, and there are also extracts from Verdi and Wagner operas, as well as songs by Schubert and Schumann. He was very generous to other composers, playing his arrangements of their works as a way of advertising them to the public, back in the days just before there was any possibility of recording music. He was very skilled at such transcribing, and of course he would have played these arrangements spectacularly well.

    I don't even know what to say. Never have I been so completely convinced by both transcription and playing at the same time. The transcription is stunning; it pushes the piano farther toward having the effect of an orchestra than anything I have ever heard, with just the right amount of fill in all the right places. The added notes always heighten the emotional drama of the composition, and are never there just for show. The playing is, needless to say, superb in every way, completely musical and convincing with rock-solid rhythmic sense and gorgeous long lines.

    The glorious History ofMusic was written again. In lyrics from Gold and purest diamonds.
    Maybe only Liszt considering the whole humankind in all ages could to create a so perfect transcription from a so complex full orquestral masterpiece from Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky. The best artist from Russia all time.
    Poor Pyotr, like the iconic atemporal tragedy of Romeo and Juliet, he also never could love with freedom, express his unlimited passion for Davidov.Instead his tormented suffered soul could only dream about, to experience a romance that due to the hostile prevalent reality from his time he can never live it, experience love, full affection without glacial intolerance of hate and capital absurd punishment by induced death.
    All this personal drama he condensed in primorous notes and chords of sadness and blood on this unique masterpiece from tragique fantasie of Shakespeare(as well as in his Pathetic final legacy Symphony).
    What Romeo and Juliet have been deprived of, the equal same brutal, mellancolic anathema was mercilessly inflicted to him. This turns this musical work a seminal one, a most revelatory from all that he created and was.His unbearable, excruciating all life pain and his luminous absolute transcendence and sublimation in Music and Art. Be in full glory and happiness now Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky!
    And Vyacheslav Gryaznov captured all of this.Magnificent is HIS transcription.
    All emulated in one atmosphere of reverence and precise fidelity and solidarity to so injusticied Pyotr,AND plenum respect to his détruire vie A definitive masterpiece this superb and so perfect transcription that will be never surpassed. One single piano and one immensity.
    .But you did it.Period.
    Great Vyacheslav follow his most glorious destiny - is time to compose!
    You have all refined talent possible to transform yourself in the greatest living artist from Матушка Россия.
    To be integrant of sacred phanteon from Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, Prokoffiev,Rachmaninov forever.
    The educated humankind awaits with dream and hope and jubilous your personal master creations that will be express your remarkable, noble, amazing soul.

    I love the music of Piotr Ilic Tchaikovsky, his unsurpassed melodies, that only the "Divine" Mozart can equal. I like to define, for this reason, Tchaikovsky "the poet of notes" and he, like a poet, sublimated his existential pain with the exceptional creative talent, giving all humanity masterpieces of Beauty that anyone can appreciate and love. Thanks to Russia, homeland of unparalleled poets, composers and performers. Vyacheslav Gryaznov unites, in this piano transcription of the immortal "Romeo and Juliet overture", technical perfection with the pathos and sensitivity that only a Russian can give to the work of his compatriots, giving us an interpretation of great emotion. Thanks 🧡

    These harmonies and melodies make me cry since I realised I grew up and can not go back to when I heard them for the first time and could have finished all right away.

    Saw him in NYC in 2015. Real gentleman and great performer. Got his autograph on his first transcription (Glinka Valse). Super cool dude haha doesn’t speak much English but he lets the piano do the talking
