I had quite a different situation. The same way my body no longer accepted steroids, it did the same with moisturizers. My entire face and neck scabbed, swelled, and it had felt like my face was completely raw. That was when I realized I had no choice but to do the No Moisture Treatment. My face healed from the rawness and scabness in a week, and I am on my third month of NMT and 8 months on TSW. Its been extremely hard, but I am hopefully that this time too shall pass, and everyday is one day closer to healing. Thank you for your videos

Thank you so much for your comment 🙏. I can’t imagine how hard it must be. I really couldn’t hack it. I guess if your skin doesn’t want moisture then it’s ready to heal itself. That’s great your face has improved quickly. Good luck with the rest of your recovery. Thanks so much for watching! ❤️

Worked perfectly for me! I got a whole new face. Got the photos to prove it. But it’s not just about the skin. It’s an internal and lifestyle issue as well.

I found your Channel today and I find it very helpful and actually gives me a boost to step into my healing journey. (I am over 40 and with excema my hole life and kind of gave up, because that’s what I heard my hole life- you cannot heal this). But please do consider skip the music… it is not necessary but rather stressful

I did NMT and basically didn’t wash my face at all for a while because I though it would heal my contact dermatitis and inflammation. It was the biggest mistake of my life and it left me with permanent greasy skin on my face and scalp and regardless of what I do it doesn’t go away.
Unless you are suffering from TSW doing no moisture therapy doesn’t make any sense and will change your skin permanently. My once dry skin is now extremely greasy 24/7 and feels very dirty and due to all the greasiness my face also now looks darker than the rest of my body. I feel and look terrible and I’m left suicidal from doing this to myself. I hope I can warn some people here to be cautious with doing NMT because it can cause permanent damage to the skin, I hope no one ends up in the state that I’m in 😔

Hello Dear Leila ! 🤗 I remember, one of the DrSato’s patients said , they measure their weight in the clinic and give them water limit according to their weight. For my weight it’s 1,2liters , for example.
I’m on NMT aleady 3 months and it’s speeding up the healing process for me so much ! But I did some moderations too . I can’t handle those intense exercises , so itchy!!! 😅 I’m also a busy Mom , my kids and my dog keep me exercising a lot hehe 😜
I only do some relaxing yoga 🧘‍♀️ and meditation to calm down my nerves !
But I do miss my moisturizers, and can’t wait to come back to them ... maybe for Christmas 🎄? Greetings from Taipei 🤗

That's great news! Thank you for clarifying the water intake. Yes exercise in general with TSW is hard!! I couldn't handle the sweat either. Indeed kids and pets keep us active enough some days! Great you found the meditation and yoga to help relax - so important to look after our adrenals. By Christmas you'll have done 6 months NMT? xxx

@@Leila_Eczema yes! That will be 6 months of NMT and that’s enough. I’m 80% healed now . So I’ll start to introduce moisture to my life again 😍. I already started to drink more water . I think it’s so hard for heart and other organs to pump such a thick blood. Dr Sato , in his clinic has intense NMT program, but only for 1-3 months. 6months will be enough for me 😜

My hand crack and get so scaly and crack along with my feet almost as if a razor blade has sliced into my skin in multiple places I can’t understand this I have to have moisture such as Vaseline just to be able to move this is miserable please help

Thanks so much for your comment! I totally agree. I couldn’t survive without moisturiser either. Although I did limit baths and showers. Use the lotions over heavier creams or vaselines so that the moisturise soaks into the skin and reapply often. Find a light lotion you like. You don’t want product sitting on the sink it needs to penetrate into the dermis.

When it was really bad i just stopped showering, without even knowing about nmt. The water would just hurt too much on my skin. I now bought a saltwater showerhead. It helps a little but I definetly dont shower everyday.

I could use some tips of dealing with the neck. No moisture =my neck splitting open and bleeding! What can I do??

    • @dianag59
      @dianag59 Месяц назад

my neck has been the first spot to give me issues and it seems to be the spot thats healing first! after a long battle i realized that wrapping it in gauze with a thick layer of aquaphor and letting it sit for at least 3 days will let it flake up and the cuts will heal very fast. but you can’t scratch it. if you have to, wrap your neck with gauze very thick so you won’t claw your way through like i would sometimes. once it flakes and the gauze is ready to be removed, be very careful because your skin will be fragile. then you can start nmt since the skin is no longer raw and open.

Hi, how you can tell the TSW is all done and completed? I stopped my son (4.2 years old) steroid cream since Feb24 and now passed 3 months. he has no more 'red' skin, but he always feel itchy as before.

Hi, Thank you for this video. I am looking for some advice. I was prescribed clobetazone and triamcinolone for an insect bite in the summer. Those insect bites developed into an infection which I cured after 3 rounds of antibiotics. The creams were to get the redness out. However, when I got some massive redness after just a touch of clobetazone, I got scared and quit steroids cold turkey. I was on steroid creams for a total of 78days. Prior to this, I had never really tried them and would use mainly moisturizers for dry skin. So far, I’ve been TSWing for 42 days. I want to try NMT because I work from home and my chest rashes have gotten bigger. Maybe this will speed the process up? Finally, I’m 52 years old, which could be a factor. What do you think? Thanks again!

Hi Joe, Do give it a try! It could really work especially as you say the steroid use was from an insect bite and not eczema or any skin condition. Good luck and keep me posted. 👍
