Montana Cans. They have marker's too. Montana Gold are the ones used in the Video. You'll need approximately 15 cans for a medium sized car. For the clear coat i'd use 2k and a spray gun appr. 3,5-4 liters.

He ruined nothing - it looks incredible and I'm sure the owner is thrilled, which is all that matters. Did you even watch the video, it _was_ wrapped, he wasn't happy with it so he had this done. You can always strip the paint and/or wrap it again if you want. This is likely a car that will never, ever be sold anyway.
