Well explained account indeed. This song is illustrative of why Abba music was wrongly miscast as cheesy pop. Indeed, many more of their lyrics were even by today's standards, candidly risque and dealt with social boundaries that typical pop songs continue to give a very wide berth to. The fast disco and techno beat to many of their songs were clever hooks to engage with a broad audience but lyrically, they are still years ahead of their times, explaining Abba's continuing popularity across so many generations and social groups.
