I know the feeling. I quit doing stand up at a frat house at Montana State University.... It isn't the big gigs that get you. It's the little 'on the way' jobs that suck balls. Four comics 'on tour' sharing a room at the Super 8/Motel 6 and we all have shitty 30 minute gigs that pay just enough to get us to the next wide spot in the road. You're living out of a suitcase, eating shitty food, trying to make drunks laugh down an Interstate corridor... Mine was I-5 and I-90, but they all look the same after about 10 minutes. And folks, just because you think you live in a precious and unique part of the country doesn't mean you do. ALL drunks laugh and heckle the same. The only thing that changes is the accent.

It’s humorous at best. The humor is there she just needs to work on her delivery and make her jokes more universal instead of catering them to one specific group (in this case, women). As it stands some of the jokes fell flat and felt mediocre at best.

There was two Gailey brothers (Alexander and Andrew) that came to America (Pennsylvania) in the 1770’s from Scotland. Only 1 Gailey brother had a family and that was Andrew. We all come off that line, glad to the family name around, even if it’s half ass comedy🤷🏼♂️

Well I wasn't going to bring this up, but she came out of the gates with it. Going back to what she said in the opening of her act, women comedians are usually just not that funny to me for some reason. I feel like male comedians seem to develop more unique styles that can define them, but women comedians seem to all have the same attitude. So common to see an ironic joke at the end as a supplement to the original punchline, while completely scowling at the audience. Like, what did I do? I'm trying to give you a chance here as an entertainer. There are great female comedians and terrible dude comedians. I'm not saying women don't make good comedians and it frustrates me that this is even a topic that comes up in her act. But I guess I don't see enough of the exposure of female comedians to really find the ones that will make me laugh. Ellen is clever and witty and genuinely makes me crack up. I feel like I am sitting through all the other ones politely waiting for the tampon joke to end. Anyone else?
Too many "comedians" use crudeness to try to make up for non funny material. Skilled comedians dont rely on it.

I did not find this funny at all. IDK if guys just don't get girl humor or if she wasn't funny, but I have yet to find a female comedian that even comes close to the greats (i.e. Bill Burr, Dave Chappelle, Chris De'Lia) You also have to remember that comedy is subjective so this could be right up some people's alley
