Should I feel bad that I couldn't push 250 watts for the length of that course? I am old but still....😞
Did you guys ride in Saratoga? Perhaps Sobey?
Why Slotmotion shots? Aren't they slow enough?
Wouldn't for every day training the Eurobike be the best bike to use because it's weights more ? Wouldn't it make you a stronger rider ? Just save the lighter bike for races only . Couldn't you just put the same gearing on the bike ?
Train a couple times a week on the Eurobike and watch your FTP and VO2max increase.
You couldn't remove the kickstand?
I don't know anything about form, but Mitch and Jeff look so different on their side profiles, and it's not just leg thickness. Mitch's anime style back bend in particular looks super uncomfortable ... is it just because they have different geometry, or is someone wrong?
How about you slap a mechanical 105 or anything that you won't spin out on (something cheap though, to stay inline with the cheapness of the Eurobike), and try it again!
great video, love it. but... you've got a steel touring bike? do you use it? show it!
Thanks for sharing, fun video.
did the rims bend with the EuroBike?
