I got this one off the internet and it works perfectly she was using the curling iron the wrong way and the rind brush the rong way lol 😂 and if you buy something of a table for twenty dollars don’t do a review on it and think it’s the real thin lol you god dipped

@@blackpinkblink2803 you have to be patient with it it took me about a week of playing with it I actually get my hip langth thick hair done in about ten minutes now play with it at different angles and se what the best angle is for you and the length and thickness of your hair
I bought mine for $179 & the company acknowledged its garbage said keep it & we'll refund your money...so far they have not. I used it the right way & the only way it curled is if you curled your hair after with a curling wand...and the brush literally broke just like the one in the video.

It feels flimsy and poorly constructed, and I wouldn't be surprised if it falls apart after a few uses. The materials used are of low quality, and it seems like they cut corners just to save on production costs. Despite their claims on their website and social media that they accept returns, they flat out refused to accept my return when I contacted them. It's clear that they do not operate their business up to the standards expected in the USA. It will burn your hair! Huge disappointment!
You must use smaller strands , and help the hair around the barrel. Look at some tutorials, you will see it works, and with a bit of practice, don't be discouraged. Watch the tutorials. Hope it helps.
They ask you to ship back to product to china (from canada the cheapest deal was 105$ to ship) and I might never got my refund because apparently a lot of parcel are lost when you ship it back to china... DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

You didn't use the curling rods correctly. I saw other popular reviews and they work perfectly. You used them wrong.
I did not use them wrong & they do not work the way they say they do... they barely wrap the hair, let a lone curl it.
