- Hi everyone. Here is an ab workout for you all. This is great to do either before class or just part of your conditioning routine. Keeping your core strong is essential for your dancing. It will help with freeing you off your legs and making you a stronger and better dancer!

the hip twisting exercise is pretty interesting.. I´ve never seen it before, I´m definitely gonna try it. can you do a video about glutes?
