I started doing this workout maybe a week ago and the first time I did it I had to take brakes a lot between the exercises and after it my legs were like "nope I can't do this anymore". But I continued doing this workout and it keeps getting easier and easier every time and I feel my glutes getting stronger. So yeah, sorry for the long comment but my point is that this is a really good workout!😀 (P.S: Sorry for my not so good English)
Hey! your flexibility is INSANEE (aka my life goals) I'm pretty flexible myself but nowhere close to your level of flexibility haha... But here's my question: How can I get my arms to be that flexible? I can barely hold them together behind my back!! Thanks for all your vids they are very veryyy helpful (especially the back stretches for dancers that has helped me a TOON )

How would you recommend I lose weight for ballet? By genetics, my legs and glutes are larger than my torso and upper body; you can see my ribs, but my backside and thighs are thicker. What would you recommend I do? Is there a certain diet plan you followed when trying to lose weight? I am mostly plant based, but I have eggs for breakfast sometimes- but these eggs are bought from my family friends' farm.

also how do I have straight legs? your legs look so straight to me but I could barely make my legs straight
is there any tips for stretching? ive injured myself maybe 4 months ago and basically lost all my flexibility(14 year old) and now I can't even sit criss cross apple sauce/cross-legged without crying at all. how should I get my flexibility back? ( i still stretch daily but still can't reach toes yet)

Hi Isabella, thank you for your videos and all the things you share also on instagram! I'm also a dancer so it's very interesting to see how you do. Unfortunately I'm not a 100% vegan, I am not everytime satisfied about what I'm eating. I really love vegetables but I'm lacking of diversity for my dressing it's often always the same. Do you have products to recommand or easy recipes ? Spices ? And also what do you think about fats ?The same for snacking or dessert, do you have something easy to make and take with you ? I always want to do something for after rehearsal but I don't know what so I take fruits (which are really good of course, but sometimes i want to change :) ) Last question, sorry if it's too much ! How do you define your portion and feel satisfied ? Do you have a routine for everyday with rehearsal and class ?I have tendency to take weight and not always being satisfied or energized of what I'm eating. I guess I'm missing a little something, or it's not really well balanced but I don't really know how to do :( Have a nice day and keep going ;)

I feel you!! My back is very flexible so I tend to crunch it or lift my arabesque from the back without using my glutes and hamstrings, so this video is a gift from Heaven! I'm looking forward to your new videos :)

How do you not over use your hamstrings in the bridges?
You just have to make sure you curl through the spine properly and make sure the bridge comes from the glutes - place your hands on your hamstrings and lower back and check they aren't too tense - you butt should be doing the most work - squeeze the glutes harder if you have trouble activating them - hope that helps X
