Straight Line Stitch, and As I Lay Dying were what I always listened to playing Halo games. Especially Halo Reach. Both made the best combination for me.
In all honesty, I was following this band for a bit. I didn't feel the last album and fell off from them. This really brought them back up. I've seen them 2 or 3 times. Great live. I think I'm going to pick this up.

I have death metal band and my favourite bands are Whitechapel, Glass Cloud, Emmure, Oceano, Breakdown of Sanity, Veil of Maya, Within the Ruins, DTG, Aborted, Rings of Saturn, Tony Danza, AAL, The Contortionist, Entheos, The Black Dahlia Murder, Protest the Hero, Despised Icon, Vildhjarta, Heart of a Coward, Ion Dissonance, Lamb of God, Ease of Disgust, Cephalic Carnage, Psycroptic, Necrophagist and surely most favourite band Deftones, so... you can judge about my music taste... and i think this woman is the coolest of that was happened with girls in metal. Thank you. :-) ;-)
Because the middle of Heavy Metal is still very mysogine and in addition the singer is black. Do not forget that America remains mostly racist see the evidence in the last election. Hopefully, little by little, attitudes change and young people do not inherit the demons of their fathers.
it's the whole alive artist dead poet deal,no one is recognized or appreciated until they are gone,also people are broke,so sales are down and money makes the world go round...so yeah.
Man, I feel bad for them. I feel like when Kanky was the drummer and Seth was still in the band they had that one chance to be something but they just never completely broke through. I mean, touring all the time has to be stressful on them, especially when getting relatively nowhere. I hope they do it all for fun now and not as a job because they all gotta be pushing mid-30s now.

I talk to an old ex drummer. Singer has a kid now. I saw them 3 times. They were supposed to play a show in Texas last year, but it git canceled.
Ive loved this band from the first song I heard from them I can't wait until I'm able to get this album
Absolutely flawless. Such a tight album. Gives me a good early 2000 metal core vibe. Just new and improved.
