Just finished this and race hammer/disconnect and lifter, the sear cage assembly a little challenge, only lost one spring, but now the final adjustment. Thanks for putting up this video
Thanks for taking the time to put out the updated videos, they’re great! If you’re looking for ideas on other topics to cover, I’d like to see installing the 10X barrel bushing and maybe a run through of polishing internal parts on various CZ models.
Thank you for the feedback. We are going to keep them coming. Right now we are making these in house but within about a month we should have some professional videos done do the quality will get better.
Thanks for the thorough explanation. I recently picked up your short reset kits for both my P-01 and P-01 Omega. I wish it’d been clearly stated in the product description that a trigger blade with adjustment was required in order to actually perceive the reduction in reset with these kits. I’ve got your adjustable triggers on order now for both guns and am looking forward to experiencing the full value of the SRS.
Ditto for 75D compact . Screws do not offer a usable adjustment , DA take up reduction nor over-travel. Trigger functions as intended with neither screw installed . Upper cannot be adjusted enough to not hinder hammer reset. Trigger: 75665
I would recommend degreasing the set screws and set screw holes, and running the set screws in and out of the trigger once before assembly. There are likely to be burrs that will make it tricky to get the set screws in once the pistol has been assembled, so getting those smoothed out beforehand can help a lot.
3:32 you back it out so hammer doesnt drop. Got that part. At 3:40 you backed it out even more? 4:04 backed it out some more? Is there a point where we adjust to screw it in? I got confused at this part.
I’m also having issues. I have the Cgw flat trigger (not completely flat) and the trigger return spring is in the way for the top screw. There is no over travel so you don’t need the bottom screw. You are completely fine not using the screws. The top screw would eliminate take up in the DA trigger pull.

Blue would work you'd just have to check it ever so often. We use green on the top to make sure that screw doesn't back out ever. If you ever does back out it can stop the trigger from reseting in the middle of shooting.
Really great to see how simple this is. Thank you for making this video. I have both the standard 75 B and the SA. Is the process going to be the same for a single action trigger?
Yours is on my bench right now. I'll be calling this afternoon to discuss the work. The number of guns is hard to say. If it is all pro package upgrades I can usually get through about 5 per day. Refinish guns typically slow us way down since they are taken completely apart and often need fitting to go back together. As a whole we average about 40 guns shipping out each week (not including slide only work). The phone rings ALL DAY so we do have music playing but I'm not sure I would say we listen to it.
Oh man am I excited! I did not expect you to get to it so soon. It is my first CZ so it holds a special place in my heart. Can't wait to test it out! Thanks for all you guys do.
Please tell Thomas that the 97B E package he did for me has been absolutely fantastic! I've been singing y'alls praises ever since. Currently in the waiting list to send in an SP-01, is there any way I can request that it also be done by Thomas?
The factory coating is very durable and the screw bottom is flat so what we have seen is pretty minimal but it can chip the coating where it contacts the frame.

Same issue in two different decocker guns for me. Took top screw out and now it works.
You can only use the top screw on cajuns trigger if you have the reach reduction kit in it. If you have the stock disconnector you have no use for it.

I have a pcr and had all kinds of issues so I took out the set screws and everything worked perfectly. Do you need the set screws?

Is there any reason why you used green loctite on the top screw and blue on the bottom screw? I have blue so I'm wondering if thats fine for both.

I like that wooden tool caddy. Did you make it?
No we don't make them. Not really sure who makes it.
That's a really clean design. I took some screen caps of it so I can make my own.
My pro package came with a short screw and a long screw for the flat trigger. Does the longer one go on top and shorter on bottom or vice versa?
Short on top and the long on the bottom.
Sounds like my ex wife...
So before i installed the strut hammer spring my decocker worked. Does the trigger set screws need to be in for the decocker to work?
Hey what about the omega p-01 model with a single screw can you do a tutorial on that one

How many czs do you typically complete in one day? Also do you guys listen to podcasts or music while you work? Inquiring minds want to know.

I wanted to tell you good job on this video. Well explained.

Is it normal operation for the set screws to make enough contact with the frame to cause finish removal or pitting of the aluminum frame?
The factory coating is very durable and the screw bottom is flat so what we have seen is pretty minimal but it can chip the coating where it contacts the frame.
What size Allen wrench are you using?
They send one with the kit.
So helpful, thank you
What number green loctite do you use?
Loctite 648
@@cajungunworks526 I bought green 640 it’s still high strength. Think that will work?
That will work fine@@hardcore4476
@@cajungunworks526 Thank you for your knowledgeable feedback. Have a great day!
Why do I have about 1/4 " of take up in SA ?
Why can I feel a hitch in the take up in decocked and fully cocked ? Just a slight speedbump....but it is annoying.
