Congrats to the band for celebrating this era with a live album/live concert footage. The studio record with Erik is very good and deserves to be celebrated. A lot of you here will go onto say that the next singer should be Sebastian but all of you are obviously out of touch with reality and stuck in the past. If anybody has seen the new Paramount Plus film, "Nothing But A Good Time", Nuno tells a story of Sebastian getting unruly on a plane and behaving like a child. There is no mystery why Snake, Rachel and Scotti refuse to take the stage with Sebastian and rightfully so
The best thing that can happen to an older band that still has it is to put a dude with contagious energy in front of it. These guys could go for another 10 years with this lineup, and I'm sorry to hear that Erik isn't with them at this time.
I'm with you. I had a big skid row poster on my wall. I remember when slave to the grind came out it absolutely blew my mind. I still rock the first two albums.

Erick was the perfect singer for Skid Row during 2 years.Lzzle Hale does the job very well at the present time and gives lots of energy for the band.Of course,Bach is a legend but we mustn't forget he almost destroyed the band owing to his violence and alcohol abuse.
Such a shame Erik had to leave, he really is an amazing singer. I wish Skid Row the best with Lzzy she is an absolutely phenomenal singer too. Love the new album, love this live album too. In A Darkened Room is just perfect.
@grahamroden8897 Lizzy only performed 4 shows to finish the tour that erik didn't .it was never considered for her to fully join the band, as she has her own band Halestorm. Skid Row is in the process of finding a new singer

I remember the first time I ever saw skid rows youth gone wild video at my cousins house. I was like this is mind blowing. The days of mtv back then were awesome. Glad I got the chance to see skid row twice on their first tour. The giants stadium show with Sam kinison in its entirety is on RUclips. I was very close to the stage. Close enough that I had part of Sebastian’s shredded cup he kicked into the crowd and scottis guitar pick I have to this very day. They were awesome back then even live.
After reading Eriks book, I got to say, im pretty pist at the skid rows management... he fuckin told them, take it easier with the tour schedule, his health couldnt keep up with that tempo.. you couldnt find a better guy to sing this songs (exept the OG ofcourse, but thats not gonna happen, even if he sound like dogshit now days) but you fuck it up..bad move skid row... But anyways...fucking amazing live album❤
Erik did what so many others couldn’t, and such a nice guy as well, the band should of toured less, recorded more and kept him, skid row unfortunately have a history of bad choices and i fear the next one will result in a backlash, they should still hopefully be writing material for another album
Man, this band just never gets old. Probably my fav rock band from the late 80s or really early 90s. Dave Sabos ESP is killer too!!! Being a guitar player myself I've always liked his playing. As well as Scotti Hills. They both rock. Scotti's Les Paul with a Floyd is bad ass too! Erik has some pipes. Too bad his health stopped him from touring and working with these guys. ❤
I always liked Skid Row. The only time I saw them in concert was in 2007 with the late Johnny Solinger. This live here really rocks! Too bad Erik had to leave. Now Lzzy is doing a great job but I think it's time for Bach to return.
What a great show by an even greater band!!! I was at this show and had a stroke the next day, then spent another month in hospital. I can't wait for my copy of this to drop through my letterbox.
