In today’s Video I am discussing the entire event of DE-RE-DE Criminalization of #Section377 of IPC in India. I will be explaining the entire journey of Section 377 and De-criminalization of Homosexuality in India through 5 LANDMARK CASES including Recent Important Judgments of Supreme Court Of India
1.NAZ Foundation v. Govt. of India
2.Suresh Kumar Koushal v. NAZ Foundation
3.NLSA v. Union of India & Ors (Transgender Case)
4.Justice K.S. Puttaswamy v. Union of India (Privacy Judgment)
5.NAVJOT SINGH JOHAR v. UNION OF INDIA
The Five Judge Constitutional Bench Consisted of CJI Dipak Misra, Justice Indu Malhotra, Justice DY Chandrachud, Justice Rohinton Nariman and Justice AM Khanwilkar
I have made an attempt to discuss the Issue of Outlook of LGBT in India, Homosexuality in India - through the lens of Section 377 of IPC - Homosexuality in Hindi through recent Indian case laws in the light of:
Article 14 - Right to Equality; The Test of Intelligible Differentia and Rational Nexus
Article 15 - Prohibition of Discrimination on the Ground of Sex - Biological Sex and Sexual Orientation
Article 19 - Freedom of Speech and Expression, Freedom to Express Personal and Gender Identity
and Article 21 of the Indian Constitution : Right to Life and Liberty with Dignity - The Privacy Attribute

Mam a little bit concern is there, as you said it violates both article 15&16 but article 16 doesn't include anything about the discrimination of any class it just talks about the employment equality. So why article 16 was included🤔
