Caste census is valid because reservation is based on castes if it is on economic bases than whole caste census becomes invalid
But government should also ensure that in castes their economic conditions should be taken into account and if a caste has been uplifted than resuffling of sc st should be done
As creamy layer has been developed in many castes in st and sc category and that should be removed so that actual poor people in sc st can get benefits
I think caste census is just a statisitic and more data will help us in developing and finding how much reservation we should give and stop
