For the burrow tech in game 2, I think Dark was going to go tunneling claws after it finished, mass up roaches and attack for game. He was doing roach speed simultaneously as burrow, and the Overlord spam was likely so he could mass the roaches during tunneling claws research. However, Hero just happened to attack right as the first round of roaches and burrow was finishing, so Dark had to pivot for defense. Or it was a misclick 🙃
Hatch on your side into hatch to block the protoss gas pool puts zerg in ahead everytime. The issue is if protoss is paying any attention at all then zerg should never get the block off cause they see two drones leave and the second hatch is late
On herO using a probe as body blocker is pretty good for him. He used to All-Army-Hotkey a lot accidentally removing the blocker. It's not easy to get off this habit, if you are not thinking at execution time about it. So adapting to use a probe instead is just personal problem solution, not "diamond league".

55:30 herO is taking a page out of Diamond league with that move, but other pros also do some things suboptimally. I know PartinG for instance keeps his Nexi on separate hotkeys so he has to manually produce probes on a per Nexus basis, but he gets a lot more control over his recalls.
how does it line up with this game? i feel that both Clem and Reynor playing Protoss could've won against such underperforming Dark 3 to 0. and Maru would've won against such underperforming herO even if Maru played Zerg.
You know, I'll give him credit. her0 seems to realize he's got a bad habit of too much all-army hotkey-ing, and so he's taking steps to sort of remedy the issue with letting zerglings in. We'll see if it's just something that happens this series or he'll do it repeatedly from now on
