18:38 Those butane soldering irons are handy, my Weller hearts up faster than any electric one I've used and without a cord it's easy to get it into awkward or tight places. You just have to watch where the exhaust is pointed or turn it off before sticking it in anywhere too tight, I may or may not have melted a few wires that way... I don't know about that one, but I can also take the tip off of mine and use it as a butane torch.18:38 Those butane soldering irons are handy, my Weller hearts up faster than any electric one I've used and without a cord it's easy to get it into awkward or tight places. 37:17 just my opinion, compare costs on this truck and "Stay Puff" on restoration. In addition, how long and how much effort would it take to restore or fix either truck.
Heck ya dude, that’s awesome it just started up. If u plan to get ride of the flatbed I’d be interested. I’m in Burnett ranch not to far from you. Was wanting to put one on my 2001 F250 super duty.
I’m a fan so just a suggestion. Many now are doing a video of them working fixing etc and then narrating over it. Maybe try it with a short video.then you can just work and describe what yer doing. Great to watch and maybe easier on you at the same time. Keep them coming
You could try the battery charger on supply for a while on a zero battery before switching to charge, just an idea. I use a ctek on supply for trickle charging my house batteries on the boat, works well in that mode.
Fix it up and keep it because because I can tell that you like it it's raised up nice and high it runs you got all the parts to fix it up just do it and keep it
Fluids mr flipper I don’t right now but that’s my thing fuel big one all new everything plugs batteries lights make it look really good cheaper plus then I have parts do seals
In-Texas. I've seen a lot. Dusting can preserve. Like dusting off the colon... Blow it-all away! I forgot what I meant to say. But. Hello! Garth and family
Hydra is a tunning aid that is 100% programable. From dead peddle to whisper mode (for drive thru use) or multiple towing and horsepower increases. High idle is useful if needed in cold weather and can be set to a selected RPM. I use fuel sipper +40HP as my daily and have 15 total options available for my 99 F-350 Power Stroke. Look into it; it will effect the proformace and will make it hard to diagnose any problems that you THINK you might have. 😉
"Ran when parked"? Was it Bexar County Sheriff or one of the various PD's in Bexar? That pax airbag is why the bank left it. It was already totaled and they couldn't have gotten anything out of it.
Wow , Yes Jack Pot bro on the tools for sure and the truck ! I am happy for you and that it started too , whew ! you picked a good one alright , i am not a Ford person myself , but this one sure has potential , we have had Ford s too in the family and they have been good vehicles , i would try to make it as much original as possible like putting a bed back in it spend like $3000. on parts macco do it your self cheap paint job , lol and make it LOOK Nice and Flip for sure , for around $12 , this one should bring a nice coin , looks like small stuff , front clip , dont put the bumper back on it , lol , a little damage on passenger side front frame , but it does not look very serious at all , change the oil filter , diesel filters , change the injectors , front drive shaft , carrier bearings , universal joints , tires , Lets go
...think VGG showed where you use jumper cables from a known good battery to a zilched out battery and connected the charger to the zilched out one at the same time...tricked the charger into charging the zilched battery...then removed the jumper cables from the good battery... ...that's how i remembered it anyway...somebody chime in and correct me...cheers!
That’s a hell of a truck. Keep it ad use it. It has a hydro tuner and probably some bigger injectors as well. The ole reliable 7.3. I have a 02 ccsd 7.3 auto 4wd with 443600 miles. They are simple to work on. Great channel by the way. 👍🏼🇺🇸
Just thought i would say that they build marine motors alot beefier in the bottomend to withstand the pounding from the waves. So if its not at least a 4 bolt motor it wont last.
Hopefully I'm wrong. But. Maybe the reason the engine is clean. Isn't always a clue that it doesn't leak oil. Or. Is it steaming itself from the intake (plastic)? Or lack of cooling flow?
Either fix up that f350 or part it out for profit. Road salt state dwellers will pay big for rust free TX body parts. Would be nice to keep an old 7.3 on the road though. They don’t make ‘em like that nowadays. New vehicle technology is all unreliable garbage!
It might not be worth it to keep this truck. Diesels are very expensive to maintain. Diesel parts cost a fortune! I would get it to look presentable, get it running and driving, and then sell it. If you hang on to this truck, I think it will become a money pit.
Both diesels in video (7.3 powerstroke & 5.9 cummin) aren't that expensive to keep going and are good on gas for doing heavy duty work. Anything else will be though and aren't DIY friendly

Thanks for the tip! Haven't used one of those yet.

7:47 reminds me of that truck that was so big it rubbed the sides of the trailer that you were using.
The unloading...you two are always an adventure when it comes time to unload...

I do believe in good auction nothing like good snacks really pos like medium duty bed liner refreshing paint good set wipers lights
Thanks for the good "family friendly" clean videos ♥!!! I can watch with my grandkids and not have to cover their ears every two minutes! 😉
Throw a 9-volt battery across the terminals, and it'll start charging. Pull the 9v off as soon as it starts charging!
I'll have to give that a shot next time!
Fix it up and keep it because because I can tell that you like it it's raised up nice and high it runs you got all the parts to fix it up just do it and keep it

WOW, that is an extremely amount of cars!!!
That truck would be a profitable flipper.
Flip it money to be made 😊
Not too bad. Another good one 👍👍
Wow. Has been used in a demolition derby? Well good luck fellas , gonna be a flipper if it all works out, ice is certainly excited about it.

Its definitely a tool box jackpot. 😎 cool.
Squishy is interesting I remember when she’s older now college joys of being part fun those days are years ago now
"Ran when parked"?
Was it Bexar County Sheriff or one of the various PD's in Bexar?
That pax airbag is why the bank left it. It was already totaled and they couldn't have gotten anything out of it.
Bexar County
That truck was a score! Would be nice to see it fixed up… and keep it’s a hauler. IMHO
I saw some Rockford Fosgate amps! I'm sold
5:35 you are a better man than i am.
Nice truck once it's cleaned up 😊
Fix it, flip it, use the cash for extra parts for Zombug
$1500 bucks for a running diesel truck! Sweet!
Bushings in the clutch pedal assembly wear out, my local dealership had 2 in stock and only $175 Canadian

Baja or rock's tool rescue rig fired right up too 🍀👌🔧👍fix it time
You should try the boost on that charger he'll boost the battery with no a car with no battery
Seems like you got a nice score at the auction, that will be a nice truck if it is fixed up.
Fix it, love that lift!
That would make a hell of a shop truck
It looks like something I’d like buy
If you have it for sale after the fix up I’d be interested
I even like the welded front bumper
Nice trailer that’s a new one
Bend bumper back out and weld it then repaint.
Fix it up drive it awhile have fun with it and send it down the road love the channel keep it up
1500, thats a steal. 😆
I think. Next buy should be a big rig. Like a krneorth w900 or something, now that eould make ice 😃 smile.
A quick fix and flip will pay for something really cool, or fuel other projects. You have 2 running so thats the way I would go. Jmho
Flip it!
Nice truck I love it
Flip it Baby!
Nice find. You have lots of projects. 😅
Fix it and flip it. Good profit in the diesels.
evening all
Good evening!
Good flipper 👍

Now that truck literally has balls! 😂😂😂😂
This should be zombug guts or keep cause that engine is super great
On that battery charger, the supply button will put 12 volts into something so that you can charge a completely dead battery.
That’s a hell of a truck. Keep it ad use it. It has a hydro tuner and probably some bigger injectors as well. The ole reliable 7.3. I have a 02 ccsd 7.3 auto 4wd with 443600 miles. They are simple to work on. Great channel by the way. 👍🏼🇺🇸
Appreciate it!
Flip it and make some cash! Or, off road wrecker build?
Ice man Too! Hello 👋
Just thought i would say that they build marine motors alot beefier in the bottomend to withstand the pounding from the waves. So if its not at least a 4 bolt motor it wont last.
The 350 came out of another boat. It is a marine engine.
In my county you can buy actual police officers.
That is possible world wide
You can use those tools as "loaners"
I've already made use of some of them 😁
I think that you should keep it and drive it
That truck has some bad injectors.😞
Hopefully I'm wrong. But. Maybe the reason the engine is clean. Isn't always a clue that it doesn't leak oil. Or. Is it steaming itself from the intake (plastic)? Or lack of cooling flow?
Yata yata etc.
What brand of Sun Glasses are you wearing ?
Also Your opener on your channel is cool.
I think they came from Dollar General 😁
Damn i wish i had that impact wrench
I say keep it and drive the hell out of it.
From the look of all them cars ,make me th8nk yall are some bad drivers down there WOW
One of the many reasons I steer clear of the city!
AKA Plasket! 😆
Fix and flip
Check the creepy van to the left of the shot two places 😳 😬. Wonder if it has any bodies?😂😂😂😂😂

I agree with ya there! That's why I dig the older stuff.
Come on put all those parts on the new truck and flip it or keep it , sounds great while it`s running , I am sure t will clean up nicely !
15:42 what just one can. i use two - one in each hand. lol
Nope I would have passed, thanking it would cost more than I could flip it for.
We have the parts and they bring good money in our area.
I just stumbled across your channel and I’m just curious where you’re located. I’m in New Braunfels and it seems like you’re pretty close
Canyon Lake
That engine sounds just like my 2 cylinder sailboat engine
Fix it and then use it
Keep it.
I don't use modern chargers for that reason, garage sale 5 $...
I'm always on the lookout for classic, REAL, battery chargers when I'm out and about.
Never seen a vehicle that big take so much time to off load. It's not like your going to hurt it at all.
Not worried about hurting it. I'm worried about the classic car sitting behind it!
Did y'all notice the Peterbilt grille emblem lol
That was the first thing I noticed!
Nice truck but needs some work😄
Save the tools qnd fix it up would be a good truck
Who truck is it that guy with the cowboy keep taking stuff out of it maybe it's half his just wondering maybe he should have got one.😅
He's basically family, so he's allowed 😁
Make it a flip and make some money. Tks for sharing.
👍👍

fix it
Fix it and keep it as a tow rig
Hopefully you can get a title
Titles are issued through the auction.
I'd like to buy this one
Peterbuilt emblem on a ford?
Someone was wishing.
@@garthsgraveyardgarage lol yeah
The vehicles you unload are made of steel! Not glass!😅
I was only worried about what was behind it!
Sounds like a 7.3
Fix it keep it
keep it clean it. make it a camping truck
See if it moves ????
Clutch pedal was stuck.
Yeah you're like a woman and can't make up your mind hahaha having fun with you guys❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I suspect the former owner of this truck was stealing trailers
He owned a construction company.
FLIP. Lots of Construction crews drive F350s.
Shop truck. DO IT!
Fix it, and flip it
i never go to police auctions i might fit the description
🤣
