Really a shame that this OST didn't stay as the main title screen because it's absolutely amazing.

But I have hope, just like they brought back the *CBT2 title screen theme* with the Dreamless fight theme, they can do the same for Flow in *another big moment* of the story.
Not to mention, there is some information around the internet about Vanguard working on the sound quality and sound design of the game, which might be true. Kuro's own Studio for sound is not the best but I think with the help of Vanguard they can cook some great music.
With the profit Kuro made in the first month of the game, Kuro can also work with Haloweak and Ghostfinal to make some banger music for Wuthering Waves, just like they did with PGR in the past.

You also need to check KS album that is also uploaded here in youtube. I don't know about it being the "best" but maybe you should check and listen to this title, Punishing Gray Raven - Impression Echo Album.
It has 3 CD sets.
and yes, I agree with your other points as well. But Kuro Games' can and has the ability to reach the heights and depths of Vanguard Sound. They had been working since the very start of PGR 1.0.

@@Kazuki_22 yeah I see alot of people underestimating Kuro's studio, saying that without Vanguard we wont have good sounds. Those people probably never played PGR to know what Kuro Games is capable of, they probably just heard from other people how vanguard and other studios made good music for PGR without realizing the fact that Kuro Studio is learning with those same studios.

Good analysis, as usual. You can see, why they decided to make it login screen music originally. You can just listen to it. Constantly. Choir is a nice touch (and it reminded me of Nier Automata). In any case, my recommendation is "Color your night" from Persona 3 Reload.
