- I do apologize for the angry look on my face in the video, it's only because the room was very bright from the sun.
Video of me playing Happy Birthday to You on piano with a nice view of a meadow. Recorded on the day of the upload in honor of my Grandmother who turned 70 years old.
This is a digital piano that I recently purchased, I like that I now have the ability to play piano even when I am on away on vacation.
Recorded using a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge(my phone) for video, and a 3.5mm audio jack splitter, one cable going into a speaker and the other going to a laptop where it gets picked up by Audacity.
I do not claim to have written this song, I have only made my own arrangement of the song. - Видеоклипы
Tusen tack! Verkligen roligt att få denna uppvaktning. Tack Ludvig. 🥰🙏
Nice playing. :) sweet that you played this for your grandma. Also better video editing than I could ever do.
Thanks, she is very grateful for it.
Believe me, you would be able to edit that. You just need the right set of tools. 👍
@@Tarzoq haha I suppose so but 1) I'm lazy and 2) dunno how to get the right tools.
You have the waltz left hand down really well! I struggle to keep a waltz even.
Thanks! It's very similar to the marching left hand in ragtime, which is all I play.
You'll get there, just practice it regularly and have fun!
@@Tarzoq I've been trying to play my screwy version of the Blue Danube, definitely my favorite waltz xD
@@PiotrBarcz I have actually never heard that one, I'll check it out!
@@Tarzoq You've never heard of the Blue Danube? Check out the Themola player piano video that's on Milli Gatz's channel, it's the best version!
@@PiotrBarcz Oh, I realized I have definitely heard it before, I just didn't recognize it by name :D
Now I suspect you took the audio from the keyboard and jammed it straight into the Zoom or did you also have a speaker connected?
The Zoom was actually not used in the making of this video. I used a 3.5mm audio jack splitter, one cable went into a speaker, and the other one into a laptop where it got recorded by Audacity.
@@Tarzoq Oooh ok, so I'm guessing you figured out how to take line input from a headset audio jack? I think I've tried to do that before and it didn't work but maybe I should try again.
@@PiotrBarcz I just plugged in into my laptop, and it asked me to select what the audio jack would act as.
By the way I tried out to record through the Zoom and using the Line Out on the Zoom to the speaker, it worked like a charm! Thanks for the tip!
@@Tarzoq Make sure you turn the keyboard volume to 50% because anything higher and the actual keyboard line output will distort.
@@PiotrBarcz That's what I did, I made sure there was no distortion before I started recording.
