Actually part 107 does not restrict it. You can't fly over interstates or active roadways unless you apply for BVLOS or COA or WOA....

Can’t do it with a 3x focal length now can it? And the mini is a good drone but there is a reason I use the mavic and air on my commercial jobs. They are big workhorses that fly fast and handle wind like nothing.

@@feiht5487 I agree that the mini 3 pro if you are just flying around and having fun is perfect. I’ve taken it into multiple countries with no problem as well. I took my Air 3 to Peru a couple years ago and had to pay a crazy amount of money in tax just to get through. It is a great drone!
