Interesting to see that someone besides a farmer knows about fencing pliers. From '65 to '69 I spent every summer helping my uncle on the farm. Learned the hard way how to use the pliers and we kept about 5 linear miles of fence repaired all summer. It is indeed a universal tool.

You know what? You're right. Heavy enough to use as a blunt weapon, sharpen the spud to weapons grade
