You didn't show how to add the horizontal lines below the tab to start with. This is the part that differs from default setting, that's the part you need to show. Try again.

Hello, what is the name of this connection between the notes at the bottom (thick line)
It's part of the rhythmic values of the notes. Really for people who have some understanding of rhythmic notation on traditional music notation.
