The issue is that Billy suspects his one daughter is not his biological kid, he thinks her complexion is a bit darker than his and may be the product of an affair his wife had. Here's what I noticed, in the city, the husbands cheat on their wives with the co-worker or some random woman from a site or bar/club; in the suburbs, it's usually the neighbor, wife's best friend or sister; in the countryside, the wife's mother, sister, or cousin are usually the mistress.
