Yes! I aim to ride every other day. I am not worried about competing. I've had my bike for 1 week. I love it. So fun. I just learned how to sync my garmin vivoactive 4s to the Peloton to get my heart rate.
Thank you for the tips! Ordered ours in November and just got it last week. The + was in massive demand in the States. I can’t believe how much fun it is! You always assume the hype is just that but I get it now. I’m aware there’s a honeymoon phase with everything but I started cycling right around Covid to work on my health and I’ve been doing boring as hell trainer on my road bike. This is 100% more motivating.

what works for me is to do something every day. if I don't feel like riding, I do a 10 minute stretch. but there is no question if I do something, just what.
Great video! Could you share how you got the functionality to tilt your screen? That would be so helpful. My Peloton came today! One ride down…many to go😅
Loving your videos, though if possible to not upload in HDR it would be appreciated. For some reason on android phones when previewing or viewing HDR videos RUclips takes control of brightness and turns off the blue light filter so it can be very jarring.
Hi Steve - your videos are great. I would love to know how to see how many Peloton bike miles I have done this year, but the only thing I have found tells me I need to download the spreadsheet. Is there a simpler way? Thanks so much!
I actually love the moose and would love to know where you got it. We have a German Shepherd bloodhound mix named Mikey who's nickname is Moose. Just hit my century ride today and loving my bike!

Yes I have and it gives you some good data. Theres an FTP program on the bike.

The classes are all live and you can either take them ‘live’ or do them on demand.
I tend to take them on demand or the ‘sessions’ feature.
