    final INOUE vs SUZUKI
    World judo championship 2013 -73KG
    final SHOHEI ONO
    As you see, both Inoue and Ono are using a similar technique.

    I just started my judo journey two months ago and i absolutely love it although im 30+ but i work really hard to learn the basics and your video definitely helping thanks ❤❤❤ would you mind also do a video of how to choose a judogi? I have problems with it tho and no one to ask ... Im currently have a adidas j500 would it be enough?

      It's not only expensive JUDOGI.
      JUDOGI is also available as a top and bottom set for 140💲

    UCHI MATA LETS GO! The only throw I could get ippon on my sensei, (once) after nearly 2 years of randori. Hahaha so I believe in it 😂

      @@fluidjudojapan thank you very much. And how about thickness? Since I don't have spring flooring, I m thinking of pretty thick mat. I've been just using old mattresses as base, put flattened cardboard boxes over the mattresses to level the floor and placed a folded mat on top of it. I can only do cartwheel twice to get from one end to the next before I fall off the mat. So I was thinking I may need more space.

    The medical/orthopoedic community in Japan did s study of Judo-related knee injuries requiring surgical repair. There was an important finding: Left vs. Right grip during standing shiai/randori was several times more prevelant in these injuries. It seems our ukemi muscle memory fails us when we fight with Right vs Left, or Left vs. Right grips. Should we train new Judoka to match uke's grip side? Or change Ukemi somehow? Cheers.

    The position of the opponent legs is very important . I attempted Uchi Mata when opponents feet is narrow and it didnt end well. What should i do make their legs opened so i can enter?
