I currently am a solar installer in Canada. Trained electrician from the UK so interested in how solar systems are being done back home. We used to install a lot of solar edge but have since switched to fronius on our commercial jobs and micro inverters for our resi.
Hi. Rod from your company has quoted me. I’d like to add more battery capacity to this. Can you ask him to contact me please? Also I like the idea of using solar edge to optimise the panels. He hasn’t quoted for this. Many thanks.
Hi, I’m having a Solar edge pv 6kw system fitted, I would also like to fit pylontech batteries is it something that would be fairly straight forward to ask my installer, they have quoted the solaredge 10kw battery as an option, but unfortunately my budget does not stretch that far. Tia, great informative videos 👍
Hi Andrian, Thank you for your comment. Yes, you can add Pylontech Batteries to such as system, however at the moment due to the demand for Plyontech they probably wouldn't be the most cost-effective solution either. Check out Growatt Batteries 🔋 www.deegesolar.co.uk/growatt
@@serraios1989 priced up a Solaredge and solaredge battery. Ridiculous pricing. In the end I didn't go down the optomiser route and just bought a Solis hybrid inverter. 14 x 400w panels and 14.2kWh of Pylontech batteries. £11k and over the moon with it. Best bang for buck if you ask me!
On my system I have Plyontech batteries, however there is a SolarEdge Energy Bank now out! For more details visit 👉www.deegesolar.co.uk/solaredge_energy_bank/
@@deegesolar I spoke with one of your staff and they gave me a quote for solar panel installation but nobody is picking my call again. Need to know the next step .

Would you recommend a solar Edge system on a 15 panel system in the UK that is facing direct to South with absolutely no shading?
Have you had the system installed? Did you opt for optimisers?
