Some people tend to forget that there is an entire spiritual side of Islam that we can't see, so spiritual acts like wudu and ghusl benefit us in an unseen way, but we trust the process because it is what believe in. Because some argue it doesn't make sense to redo wudu after passing gas since wudu doesn't clean that area but wudu is a spiritual protection not something that physically cleans every dirty part of your body.

Islam stress on physical cleanliness and spiritual cleanliness. We pray 5 times and good to have quick ghusal after copulation.
