Rhonda is surely one of the greats an she really chooses the best musicians for her band. That Dobro player can give Jerry Douglas some serious competition

He's very good, but he isn't as clean or as lyrical as The Master! Jerry Douglas is my favorite soloist on any instrument, he just loves in another dimension talent wise.

Rhonda's band is one of the most professional bands i ever seen in this genre (country/bluegrass). All musicians have magnificent techinique and overall sounding is rich and coordinated. Vocal skills are also up to the mark. And that guy on the dobro is special, enjoying his playing. Keep it up, Rhonda. Hello from Russia ;)
