You can update your social security card a couple of weeks after your naturalization ceremony, it should be enough so that the US government updates your data.
You can but You should not travel abroad after the interview while waiting for the oath ceremony scheduled. Because you must provide the travel documents when check in at the oath ceremony.

Yes you need to fill out on the date of the oath ceremony.
