I wold guess the Motor Strating Capacitor is defect, if that happens the motor becomes very weak and has problem starting when there is pressure in the tank. The part cost about 4$, you can find it on ebay.
its the thermostat amigo I've had the same problem you have to open the motor you will need a baring extractor to pull cast out to reach it... also you can observed it's a small rectangle piece 2 cm. long from the wiring area there are some openings in v shape compressors builds water that makes some tartar in the compression chamber causing a air leak producing more runs that will over heat the motor eventually.. best thing replace or take the thermostat out attach a computer fan close to the motor clean really good the valves underneath where small particles of tartar are stick get a second switch for the fan to keep it cool all the time. these little motor will last a long time if you give a proper care and work for hrs. remember normal rate is without fan is 5 min. work and 20 rest..this is what many manufactures don't say
Hello, i think the problem lies in the compressor's limit/pressure switch , during your second demo it made an abnormal operation like it wants to run then stop, also while using your air brush it runs and stops as well, it should only run to fill the tank then stop at a certain pressure. If the pressure gets low, (and your compressor is automatic) it will start again to fill the tank then stop after filling. Have someone check its limit/pressure switch, and also I wouldn't wonder why the seller never answers your queries about your compressor due to they know it has some defects. I hope this helps.
In my knowledge it is a problem related to the pressure sensor. It may lack adjustment or completely faulty. When you press airbrush trigger, pressure inside the tank drops slightly and this makes sensor read below adjusted pressure and motor starts. As you release the trigger back, pressure raises and the motor stops. I don't think you have a big problem. Hope this helps someone.
Hello friend, chances are it's a tongue that is bolted to the cylinder head, it is easy to get or alternatively can be constructed with a piece of soda taking the precaution that this perfectly straight, to reach the piston head must take the tube connecting the cylinder head and cylinder head after loosening the 4 bolts of it, then to assemble is done in reverse. Good luck with the arrangement.
I noticed that you never looked at the pressure gauge while the compressor was running. You need to let it run to the pressure you desire. Some of these are set to about 50-55 psi from the factory, which is WAY too high for airbrushes. I’ve heard 30 psi is maximum for airbrushes. Although you could have a bad unit. Good video and good luck
I don't know, sorry. Maybe tap it with a screwdriver or disassemble it? The truth is that I haven't used the compressor since I made this video because I went to work abroad.
An easy way to tell if you lose seal is to let it fill with air and is expected to cut operating at about 4 bar (57 psi), look at the gauge, if after cutting only begins to lower the pressure is the sheet that this bad
There are 2 switch modes on this compressor. 1) If the switch is in position 1 then compressor will be switching on & off - when pressure inside tank gets to 4bar (57PSI) it goes off and after a while when pressure drops down to 3bar (43PSI) it starts-up again.2) If you choose position 2 then compressor will pump the air into tank without stop and in this mode you’ll receive maximal pressure of 6 bar (86PSI).Your problem looks like you work on Switch 2 mode.
This is good to know... I wonder if this "switch mode" is discussed in the owners manual? If so, this is a pure sign that who ever made this video doesn't believe in reading his owners manual PRIOR to using his product(s) and in this case, the air compressor. Ignorance is bliss!! I just recently purchased this same compressor yesterday from Amazon and as always, will take the time to read over the instructions it comes with. Thanks for the heads up too, btw!
As a security measure you opt for any type of mantencion and cleaning take the following precautions: 1. Disconnect the electrical source. 2. Take the precaution of not having air pressure inside to pull this ring on safety valve to hear that you no longer have air inside.
I know this video is from 2014, but I know what is the problem. See the red pressure released valve? Look to the right of it and you see the Pressure Switch that is black with a cord coming out. That needs to be removed and to be cleaned or replaced. Unplug power cord from wall(no electrocution please), removed Pressure Switch, clean, reinstall and plug in and test. If it does not fix it, then remove and replace it with a new one. 100% Fix If Replaced Properly! Here is link on that replacement of Pressure Switch ruclips.net/video/OdmUTZePYxI/видео.html
That is caused by a minute (very very small leak) in the bellows of the pressure switch this will / can activate the switch part before the click. new pressure switches for this model are available only do a bit of research I know for a fact that the European Importer stocks parts for this type of compressor and they do ship globally and accept both paypal and amazon payments. Their web page is www.wiltec.info. They are based in Germany so it does start of in German but by clicking on the uk flag the site is in English should cost about 4 5 euro. but it will give you a part number so you can source it more locally. good luck on the repair.

i have a TC-828 that doesnt hold pressure any ideas?
Hows your compressor now? Did you fix it already? I have the same problem

Yes it is that mister just
How was your problem resolved? I can see that your regulator is not locked. Regulator should be pressed down to lock and stabilize pressure.
Life got in the way and I never used it again.

i have the same one but with mine the pressure aint building up. air keeps cuming out of the valve. i dont understand it
Probably the valve is stuck in the open position.
@@rabiosonegredo3910 is there a way to unstuck it? Ty for replie

Maybe its because of the airbrush HOSE that is bound up?.

Unfortunatelly, I bought it from Dell-import and they never answered back...
Creo que es por el voltaje por qué se escucha al final que trabaja muy forosado

Un curl your air line for a start.
My compressor just buzzes
I had the same problem and tcpglobal replaced it with new one. Check out tcpglobal, they stand behind their products
It's the valve close it Mister

Attention, equipment with programmed obsolescence
Check compressor Voltage 220V compressor about 110V
